Pet Policy

RULES Cats and dogs permitted.* (Breed restrictions apply) No exotic animals. Total combined weight limit of 50 lbs. (when fully grown).Limit 2 animals per Apartment.

Separate Animal Addendum required.

We use a third-party service, PetScreening, to ensure all applicants understand how to adhere to the property's pet and animal policies, even if you do not have a pet or animal. All applicants should complete a Pet, No Pet, or Animal Profile. Letter from Certified Veterinarian for proof of breed, weight, and required vaccinations may be required.

FEES Animal Fee: $300/animal (nonrefundable) Animal Rent: $25/month/animal

*The following breed and/or mix breeds are prohibited: Akita, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Briard, Borzoi Hounds, Bull Mastiff, Bull Terrier, Cane Corso, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pincher, Dogo, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Great Pyrenees, Husky, Irish Wolf Hound, Komondor, Malamute, Neapolitan Mastiff, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Scottish Deerhound, Spitz, St. Bernard, Stafford Terrier, Presa Canarios, Shar Pei, Toso Inu and Wolf-Dog Hybrid.
